Free language assistance services, including qualified interpreters and translated materials, are available to individuals with limited English proficiency.

What Is Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS)? 

TRS is a free service backed by the federal government that helps people with hearing or speech disabilities communicate by phone. It works through trained communication assistants (also called relay operators) who relay conversations between individuals using assistive devices and standard telephone users.

TRS allows callers to place and receive calls just like anyone else. Communication is accessible, effective, and confidential. For these services, please call: (513) 475-5376.
